The unique chocolate spread.. without chocolate
Craving a spread, without palm oil and fully plant-based? This one doesn't even have cocoa!
The secret? The fava bean, fermented using ancient Japanese methods for a stunning, velvety, and delicious result.
A delight rich in fiber and low in sugar (and with a low carbon footprint since everything is grown and made in France.)
NB: The taste is strong, like dark chocolate, to get you closer to the Nut***a version, try Hazelnut.
The Magic:
Instructions:
Mix into your morning porridge.
On toast with bread or brioche, or on a banana…
Enjoy directly with a spoon.
SIMPLE. DELICIOUS.
My favorite use:
Spread on good fresh bread, on a banana, or on top of a muffin... the ideal gourmet touch. And always the same surprise from my guests: "no chocolate? Are you sure?"... yes, I prefer to keep it local and simple... Bévakasha!
